Aarnika A serves as a Senior Lease Administration Associate, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for advanced oversight of abstracting and organizing essential information from lease agreements, ensuring accurate and well-structured records and providing expert-level support.
Aarnika comes to Mohr Partners from IBM, where she most recently worked as a Lead – Lease Abstraction. There, she validated lease abstractions and delivered over 100 lease records per month with good quality. During that time, she earned “Star Performer” honors for 100% quality in May 2023.
She also worked as a Senior Lease Practitioner at IBM, where she abstracted crucial information from full lease documents, focusing on dates & dollars and clauses sections.
Additionally, she spent time with Mobius365 Data Services, first as a Web Researcher before transitioning to Lease Abstractor and earning a promotion to Senior Lease Abstractor.
She has experience in numerous lease databases, including Sequentra, CoStar, Visual Lease, Harbor Flex, ProLease, LeaseCalcs, Lucernex and Leverton.
Aarnika has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Muthayammal Engineering College.
