A. Asik has joined Mohr Partners as a Senior Lease Administration Associate I – Abstractions. He brings over six years of experience in lease abstraction, lease review, and database management across multiple platforms. Asik has worked extensively on reviewing, validating, and abstracting lease data in line with client requirements, supporting accuracy and compliance across diverse portfolios.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Asik held roles at Mobius 365 Data Services, Integra Global Solutions, and Sybrant Technology, where he progressed from Process Associate to Lead Analyst. In these roles, he worked with leading clients such as CBRE and Microsoft and gained hands-on experience with databases including Sequentra, SRS, Prophia, Visual Lease, Lease Harbor, MRI, and HF Tool. He has also been responsible for quality checks, reporting validation, and reviewing updates related to main leases, amendments, renewals, and client requests.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, affiliated with Bharathiar University.
