Nandha has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration Associate – Rents & CAM. He brings experience in lease auditing from his tenure at eNTrust Software & Services, where he handled CAM, Tax, and Insurance audits for major clients
like PetSmart, Target Corp, ESRP, Blue Star, and EZ Corp.
Nandha has successfully managed multiple audit projects, assisted in reducing errors through root cause analysis, and collaborated directly with clients to ensure smooth audit execution.
His adaptability, problem-solving skills, and team-oriented approach make him a valuable addition to the Mohr Partners team. He holds a Bachelor of Education from Madha College.
