We believe it is our corporate responsibility to prioritize sustainable initiatives in every aspect of our work. We are committed to having a positive impact on the environment through strategic initiatives and intentional partnerships to actively reduce our environmental footprint.

Our goals for the near term are to make contributions to state, national and global environmental initiatives by increasing renewable energy, conserving water and reducing waste generations through the real estate that Mohr Partners occupies. We actively work with our clients through project management to meet their environmental goals.

Mohr Partners’ purpose is to shape the future of commercial real estate for a better world. Mohr Partners is supportive of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and committed to delivery by 2030. Our company is aligned with 7 SDGs and will align with subsequent actions to make a positive contribution. Our goal is to provide healthy lives and promote well-being for all occupants. Therefore, 100% of the building we occupy have a waste, recycling and water saving program. Furthermore, 29% of the buildings we occupied are LEED certified and 52% of buildings are Energy Star certified which, in total, 57% of our offices have a sustainability certification. As the urgency of the climate impact increases around the globe, energy efficiency, renewable energy and reducing GHG emissions, Mohr Partners has purchased 25% renewable energy of whole energy usage in 2022 and set a goal of 100% by 2030.

As Mohr Partners continues to enhance our contribution to the achievement of the SDGs, we have focused on SDG 12, Responsible Consumption and Production, including making  reductions in the amount of waste we generate and consume. We have eliminated 100% of single-use plastics from our office kitchen and are developing a strategy to source supplements.

Throughout our participation in the UN SDGs, we also consider the associated operations under each SDG. In result, 31% of our employee drives EV to commute and offer remote working option one day per week to reduce carbon footprint in scope 2.
