Nithya V serves as a Lease Administration New Associate – Finance for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she supports lease finance operations through data management, documentation review, reporting support, and administrative activities.
Nithya is a recent graduate with a strong academic background in business administration and a keen interest in finance and business operations. She possesses excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Nithya completed an internship with Tube Products of India as an HR Intern, where she collected and analyzed data, maintained records, managed attendance and leave tracking, and supported data verification activities using Excel. This experience helped her develop strong attention to detail and data management skills. Nithya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Valliammal College for Women, Chennai.
