Hariharan V serves as a Lease Administration Senior Associate II – Finance for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he supports lease administration and financial operations, including rent management, CAM reconciliations, invoice processing, lease analysis, reporting, and client portfolio management.
Hariharan brings over six years of experience in lease administration, lease abstraction, financial operations, and portfolio management across global real estate portfolios. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Hariharan served as a Team Lead at Concentrix Pvt. Ltd., managing lease administration activities, income statement generation, lease documentation, and client communications. Before that, he worked as a Senior Lease Analyst at Colliers International, where he managed portfolios across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions, handled rent presentments, CAM reconciliations, client billing, and team training.
He began his lease administration career at Mobius Knowledge Services as a Process Associate specializing in commercial lease abstraction and review. Hariharan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras.
