Adithyan Balasundaram serves as a Lease Administration Associate I – Finance for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he supports lease finance operations, including rent reconciliations, billing processes, financial reporting, and lease-related data management to ensure accuracy and compliance across client portfolios.
Adithyan brings over four years of experience in lease administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reconciliation. He has expertise in base rent reconciliations, RET tax reconciliations, percentage rent calculations, lease billing operations, and analyzing complex lease documents. He is also experienced in working with platforms such as MRI, Oracle, and Salesforce, along with advanced Excel tools for data analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Adithyan worked as a Quality Associate at eNtrust Software Solution, where he managed retail percentage rent billing and RET tax reconciliations for retail leasing portfolios. Before that, he served as a Banking Advisory New Associate at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., supporting US lease abstraction, base rent reconciliations, lease analysis, and payment review processes.
Adithyan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alagappa University and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Madha Arts and Science College.
