Luke Higgins

Luke Higgins is an Associate in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office, working on Managing Principal Stephen Hemphill’s brokerage team. In his role, he supports the team’s business development and transaction efforts, contributing to client prospecting, site selection and deal execution on behalf of corporate occupier clients.

Before joining Mohr Partners, Luke was a Commercial Associate at Bennett Williams Commercial in State College, Pennsylvania, where he managed more than 50 commercial listings across retail, office, industrial and land development sectors throughout central Pennsylvania. He represented tenants, including national brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Buffalo Wild Wings and Jersey Mike’s, as well as regional office and industrial clients, supporting the full leasing and acquisition process from prospecting through closing. He also trained new agents and interns in brokerage fundamentals and maintained the firm’s CRM, databases and standard operating procedures.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
