Deebak G serves as a Lease Administration Senior Associate I – Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he supports lease abstraction, quality review, and lease data management activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of lease-related information across client portfolios.
Deebak brings over seven years of experience in lease abstraction, legal document review, and lease database management. He has strong expertise in handling commercial and tower leases, performing abstraction and quality checks, reviewing legal agreements, and supporting client deliverables across US and international markets.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Deebak worked with Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Banking Advisory Analyst, where he handled lease abstraction, cycle testing, straight-line calculations, quarterly data cleanup, and client communications for multiple global projects. He also played a key role in training team members, performing quality reviews, and managing roject tracking activities. Earlier in his career, he worked with Aosta and Annet Technologies, gaining hands on experience in lease abstraction, property database management, and document quality review using platforms such as Yardi and MRI.
Deebak holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Sri Aravindar Arts & Science College, Puducherry, affiliated with Thiruvalluvar University.
