A V Tejaswani serves as a Lease Administration Associate I – Finance for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she supports lease finance operations, including CAM reconciliations, expense recovery reviews, lease compliance analysis, and financial reporting activities.
Tejaswani brings hands-on experience in CAM and lease audits, variance analysis, lease clause interpretation, and reconciliation processes. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, she worked as an Audit Analyst at Accenture, where she managed CAM and real estate tax audits, reviewed lease agreements and amendments, identified overcharges and discrepancies, and supported onth-end and year end financial activities.
She also contributed to training and mentoring new team members to ensure process consistency and accuracy. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from CTTE College for Women, Chennai, and has additional certifications in SAP FICO, Tally Prime with GST, and EB Designing.
