Swetha P has joined Mohr Partners as a Lease Administration New Associate – Abstractions. In this role, she supports the lease abstraction process by reviewing commercial lease documents and accurately extracting key lease data in line with client and database standards.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (General) degree from Agurchand Manmull Jain College, Chennai, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and business operations. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Swetha gained hands-on experience as a Process Associate (Trainee) at Entrust Software & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., working on live commercial lease abstractions, data validation, and client database management. She is skilled in tools such as Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office, and brings a detail-oriented and adaptable approach to her work.
