Badhri Narayanan serves as a Business Development Executive at Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he supports the firm’s growth initiatives by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales efforts across lease administration services.
Badhri brings over four years of experience in real estate sales and business development, with a strong track record in managing highvalue transactions, improving conversion ratios, and implementing profit-driven sales strategies. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, he held progressive sales roles at Urbanrise – An Alliance Group, Adityaram Group, Raunaq Foundations, and Sameera Estates, where he
consistently delivered strong performance and was recognized with multiple sales excellence awards.
He has extensive experience working with HNI and NRI clients, participating in domestic and international property expos, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.
Badhri holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Madras Christian College and an Executive Postgraduate Certification in Digital Marketing and Analytics from IIT Madras.
