Before joining Mohr Partners, Anusha was a Senior Analyst at Adamsbridge, where she led the abstraction and analysis of complex lease agreements, reviewed the work of team members to ensure accuracy, and managed client portfolios. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Mobius Knowledge Services, Sybrant Technologies, and Ntrust Software Solutions, where she built a strong foundation in abstracting, reviewing, and maintaining lease data for corporate real estate clients.
Anusha earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from DG Vaishnav College in Chennai. She is highly skilled in multiple industry platforms, including Leverton, Yardi, Visual Lease, ProLease, MRI, CoStar, and Lease Harbor.
