Atchaya Tamilarasan serves as a Lease Administration Associate – Rents & CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. She brings nearly three years of experience in lease abstraction, CAM reconciliation, and real estate data management.
Atchaya has worked with RF Managed Services Pvt. Ltd and IBM India Pvt. Ltd, where she performed lease abstraction by extracting and summarizing key financial and legal terms, conducted CAM reconciliations by analyzing landlord expense statements, and assisted with annual budgeting processes. She has hands-on expertise with Yardi and MRI software, advanced MS Excel (including macro creation), and has undergone CoStar training for commercial real estate data management and reporting.
Atchaya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from SRM TRP Engineering College and has earned certifications in Java & Testing as well as an IELTS Academic certification (Band 7).
