Bennett Henke serves as a Transaction Manager in our Dallas, Texas office. His primary responsibilities include managing high-level transaction work for Global Corporate Service clients and providing both strategic planning and transaction services to clients.
Previously, Bennett worked as a Leasing Representative at Boxer Property, managing a 600,000-square-foot portfolio in downtown Dallas and completing more than 350 leases across office and retail space. Known for a client-first approach and face-to-face relationship management, Bennett consistently ranked as a top leasing agent across the portfolio in both revenue and square footage.
Additionally, he worked in AT&T’s B2B Development Program as a Client Solutions Executive, and at Enterprise Holdings as a Management Trainee Intern, gaining experience in business development, sales strategy, and customer engagement.
Bennett graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Communication Specialist, where he was also Vice President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
