Tyneesia Rogers serves as a Research Analyst in our Dallas, Texas office. Her primary responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, maintaining client datasets, and continually elevating the quality of Mohr Partners’ market reports. She brings a strong academic foundation and a growing depth of industry experience to her work in commercial real estate.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Tyneesia held roles in both asset management and property operations, most recently completing a fellowship with CBRE Capital Markets, where she gained hands-on exposure to loan servicing, investor reporting, and portfolio oversight. Prior to that, she served as a Resident Relations Coordinator for Brookfield Properties, where she supported leasing efforts, conducted facility audits, and helped drive occupancy through marketing initiatives.
Her background also includes experience in sales strategy, content moderation, and client onboarding, highlighting her versatility and communication skills. She was active in SMU’s Real Estate Club and Finance Club, which prepared her to launch her full-time career in real estate following graduation.
Tyneesia graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Real Estate Finance.
