Mike Sabatini is a Managing Partner at Mohr Partners, Inc., working in the Detroit office as the firm’s market leader for Michigan. He brings a strong track record of delivering strategic corporate real estate solutions across a range of industries and geographies. He specializes in tenant representation and advises clients at both the national and local levels.
Sabatini began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in Detroit as a research analyst, gaining hands-on experience in supporting tenant and landlord representation assignments. Most recently, he served as the Detroit co-market leader for a global commercial real estate services firm that helped mid- and large-cap companies manage their leased and owned U.S. corporate real estate portfolios. His strong foundation in market analytics continues to provide clients with valuable insights to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Mike has led several complex real estate initiatives, including overseeing and transacting on a national portfolio for an automotive client, managing a multi-state clinical rollout for a growing therapy provider and supporting a major food services company with portfolio strategy and execution. Known for his work ethic, transparency, and ability to execute at a high level, Mike is a trusted advisor to the clients he serves.
A former NCAA Division I athlete, Mike played four years of collegiate hockey at Canisius University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, time with family and friends, and following Detroit’s professional sports teams with his dog Rue.
