Patty Breland

Patty Breland is the Director of Project & Development Services at Mohr Partners, Inc., where she plays a key role in the firm’s project and development management efforts.

A seasoned professional with more than 35 years of experience in real estate project management, architecture, and construction management, Patty returned to Mohr Partners after having previously worked with the firm.

In her current role, Patty works closely with the firm’s portfolio account teams and real estate brokers. She manages a broad range of projects, leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of ground-up construction, major renovations, infrastructure upgrades and the buildout of office, medical, laboratory and manufacturing spaces. Her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across complex stakeholder groups is essential to achieving project goals and supporting long-term operational needs.

Before returning to Mohr Partners, Patty led national projects in the commercial, life science, healthcare and education sectors. She oversaw the full lifecycle of high-value construction and development efforts, managing capital budgets, schedules and performance outcomes. Her responsibilities included strategic planning, coordination and execution, with a focus on aligning each project with client objectives and organizational priorities. She provided senior-level oversight from concept and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout and handover.
