Colton Watson serves as a Senior Lease Administrator at Mohr Partners, Inc., based in the Dallas office. As part of the firm’s lease administration team, he manages clients’ real estate portfolios, including lease administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset/equipment leases.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Colton held several roles at GameStop, where he developed extensive experience managing a commercial and corporate real estate portfolio of over 700 store locations.
His most notable role at GameStop was as a Lease Administration Analyst for three years, where he collaborated with four lease analysts to ensure all rent-related payables complied with lease contracts.
His accomplishments include fully reconciling 87% of the landlord ledgers in a 700-store portfolio, training three analysts in end-to-end lease payables functions and leading the analyst team during the implementation of a new ERP system.
Colton also held roles in accounting—including Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable Analyst and Accounts Payable Coordinator—and served as a Vendor Master Coordinator.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
