Peyton Ausley serves as a Business Development Associate on Eric Beichler’s brokerage team in Mohr Partners’ Dallas office. In that role, he provides new client insights, acquisitions and real estate solutions for corporate occupiers.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Peyton served as a Tenant Advisor at Swearingen Realty Group in Dallas. There, he conducted market research to help navigate different markets and find properties for clients while managing clients through build-to-suit transactions and relocations all over Texas.
Additionally, Peyton has interned with Coldwell Banker and the Dallas Cowboys, serving as an Assistant Development Coordinator with Blue Star Land (Dallas Cowboys).
He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing & Communications. He was also a member of the Razorbacks football team.
