Vachaspati Upadhyay serves as a Senior Lease Administration Associate, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for advanced oversight of abstracting and organizing essential information from lease agreements, ensuring accurate and well-structured records and providing expert-level support.
Vachaspati comes to Mohr Partners from JLL, where he worked as a Senior Lease Analyst. There, he abstracted and interpreted commercial lease documents, set up new leases and input the lease data into abstraction and accounting platforms. He also honed strong project management skills, leading teams to successful project delivery while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
Additionally, he spent time as a Senior Executive at Teleperformance Pvt. Ltd., where he worked with tenants and landlords on the preparation of invoices and tenancy agreements.
Vachaspati has a Bachelor of Technology from Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute.
