Harish Subramani serves as Lease Administration Associate, Rents and CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for managing and overseeing lease-related financials, including rents and common area maintenance charges, while maintaining accurate records.
Harish comes to Mohr Partners from Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he worked as a Process Executive – Data. There, he managed provider and practitioner data, communicated with clients, updated records, enrolled new providers, monitored workflow errors and worked on quality control.
In 2023, he earned awards on three different occasions for exceeding production and maintaining accuracy in his duties.
