Heema Verma serves as a Senior Lease Administration Associate, Abstractions for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for advanced oversight of abstracting and organizing essential information from lease agreements, ensuring accurate and well-structured records and providing expert-level support.
Heena comes to Mohr Partners with over eight years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with expertise in leases, contracts, cost schedules, rent rolls and tax calculations.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Heene worked as a Senior Lease Analyst at Maxval Technologies. There, she worked on lease abstraction and review for various clients using numerous different leasing tools while also leading quality control efforts on leases.
Additionally, Heena spent time as a Senior Lease Analyst for both Aerren IT Solutions and JLL Property Consultants. In both positions, she was responsible for abstraction of critical and key information from leases.
Heena has a Master of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Commerce from Shyama Prasad Mukherji College.
