Lokeswaran P G serves as a Team Lead, Rents & CAM for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for advanced management of lease-related financials, encompassing rents and common area maintenance charges, while maintaining accurate records and providing expertise.
Lokeswaran comes to Mohr Partners from Sybrant Technologies, where he worked as a Senior Lead Analyst in charge of abstracting, reviewing and ensuring quality control for new lease documents, CAM & tax reconciliations and incorporation documents.
Additionally, he worked as a Transaction Processing Associate for Accenture and held multiple roles at NTrust, including Process Lease and Process Associate.
He brings considerable experience in various lease databases, including Yardi, Harbor Flex, Lease Harbor, Sequentra, Visual Lease, CoStar, ProLease and MRI.
Lokeswaran has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting & Finance from Agurchand Manmull Jain College.
