Renu Bani serves as the HR & Marketing Specialist for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, she works directly with our human resources and marketing teams across the globe to manage employee relations, recruitment and administration while developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and service lines.
She focuses closely on supporting Mohr Partners’ recruiting and onboarding efforts and enhancing employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
Renu is also responsible for shaping and executing strategic brand initiatives, creating diverse marketing materials and collaborating with internal and external teams to promote the firm’s identity and support marketing plans.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Renu was the Digital Marketing Head at Skylark Buildcon. There, she developed, created and implemented marketing campaigns on all social media channels and maintained the firm’s website by managing content creation and publishing methods.
Additionally, Renu spent time as a Business Development Executive at illuminz, where she generated leads from across the globe and connected with prospective customers.
Renu has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University.
