Tod Zhang serves as a Director for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the Dallas, Texas office, where he focuses on industrial tenant-representation throughout North Texas. In his role, Tod leverages Mohr Partners’ industry-leading supply chain & logistics data analytics platform to advise his industrial occupier clients when making site selection decisions.
Previously, Tod worked as a Market Director at the Mercer Company in Dallas, with a concentration on representing industrial tenants in the East & West DFW Airport markets. He exclusively serviced occupiers of industrial and flex spaces, including firms working in third-party logistics, last-mile distribution, light manufacturing and professional service/building contractors.
He also has experience in business intelligence and marketing from previous roles, giving him a wide range of skills to draw from as he works with his clients.
Tod graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and enjoys free diving, scuba diving and skiing outside of his career.
