Prem Kumar serves as the Associate Manager of Lease Administration, Finance for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he leads the department’s CAM reconciliation function and oversees financial aspects to ensure accurate records within the lease administration process.
He previously held the title of Senior Lease Administration Associate, Rents & CAM before earning a promotion to his current role in late 2023.
Prem comes to Mohr Partners from Right Sourcing Solutions, where he worked as a Junior Process Associate overseeing lease abstraction. There, he reviewed legal records and documentation like lease agreements to verify and validate lease commencement and rent commencement. Additionally, he managed and maintained lease abstract data in the appropriate database.
Prior to that, Prem sent time as an Investment Accounting Analyst for Accenture, where he facilitated new leases and sublease documents while also overseeing invoice processing, and statements and desktop audit reconciliations for CAM & OpEx.
Prem has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras.
