Santhosh Jayaraman serves as the Senior Manager of Lease Administration, Rents and CAM, for Mohr Partners, Inc. In this role, he leads the management of lease-related financial operations, focusing on rents and common area maintenance (CAM) charges. He also ensures the accuracy and efficiency of financial records, overseeing the team’s performance to maintain high standards in lease administration.
He previously held the title of Manager of Lease Administration, Rents & CAM, before being promoted to his current role in July 2024.
Santhosh comes to Mohr Partners from IBM, where he worked as a Lease Administration Project Lead. There, he directed the Rent Management team, which handled the invoice processing, statements and desktop audit reconciliations for CAM & OpEx.
Additionally, he worked as an Investment Accounting Analyst for Accenture, where he facilitated new leases and sublease documents while also overseeing invoice processing, and statements and desktop audit reconciliations for CAM & OpEx.
Santhosh has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Vels University.
