Karsen Spencer serves as a Senior Research Analyst in our Dallas, Texas office. Her primary responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and client advisory services. She brings an understanding of the real estate market, appraising and evaluating comparables to our team.
Karsen started with Mohr Partners as a Research Analyst before being elevated to her current role in August 2025.
Prior to her role as a Research Analyst, Karsen interned with both the research and talent acquisitions departments at Mohr Partners before transitioning full-time in the summer of 2023. In that role, she helped find possible candidates in multiple markets while also maintaining accurate records to provide data that was used to find potential employees and organize responses.
Karsen graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate.
