Michele Shibuya is the Chief Operating Officer at Mohr Partners, Inc., where she oversees all business operations and administration within the firm. Her responsibilities include human resources, information technology, legal and contract administration and the procurement of third-party services. Michele maximizes the efficiency of all business procedures and ensures the company meets business objectives and company standards.
She works closely with Chief Executive Officer Robert Shibuya and Chief Financial Officer Sohail Hamirani to manage business operations across all service lines, U.S. market offices and international partners. Michele also serves as a company board member, corporate secretary and managing member of the Executive Committee, which is composed of Mohr Partners’ senior leadership team.
Michele joined Mohr Partners in 2018 as Managing Principal of Business Operations. Before that, she managed a portfolio of commercial and residential income properties for a family office, where she was responsible for acquisitions, capital improvement projects, debt financing, tax management and reporting and investor communications. She also served as Director of Business Operations at Senior Spaces Healthcare, LLC.
