Frédéric has more than 20 years’ experience across EMEA & Asia Pacific in CRE strategy, due diligence, corporate acquisition and transaction management. He is fluent in French and German. In the last twelve months he completed 47 transactions in 15 countries.
Frédéric has extensive experience with some of the largest global corporations including Dana, Covance (LabCorp), Pitney Bowes, Manpower and Sappi.
Some of his transactions include the disposal of one of Switzerland’s largest re-development sites (200 acres) on behalf of Sappi, the 80,000 sqft Paris HQ acquisition on behalf of CA, the consolidation of Nokia’s real estate in Germany including the lease re-structure of the 200,000 sqft HQ in Düsseldorf and Pitney Bowes’s European and Asia Pac real estate portfolio re-structure.
He is currently involved in the strategic analysis of Dana’s European portfolio as well as transactions in the UK, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, Singapore, Japan and India.
Frédéric has served as a global Board member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) between 2018 and 2022.
