Aubrey Paape serves as the Marketing and Account Coordinator for Mohr Partners, Inc., in the Chicago office. Aubrey is a highly organized professional with eight years of industry experience, adept at coordinating multiple accounts simultaneously. Aubrey’s responsibilities include market research, managing a myriad of projects, schedules, and travel plans, in addition to completing marketing related initiatives and the creation/updating of various marketing materials.
Overseen by Managing Partner Chris Bargowski, she works hand in hand with Brandon Glick and Sam Picchiotti as part of the top producing team of professionals at Mohr Partners. In 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Chicago was named Market Office of the Year for exceptional performance and top revenue production (out of Mohr Partners’ 20-plus national offices).
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Aubrey was in management within the retail field for 10 years. Aubrey created individual professional development plans for staff, communicated quarterly performance results, and tracked productivity on time-sensitive projects through organizational performance metrics for teams of 10-plus people. She was responsible for talent selection and employee training, coaching, motivation, along with recognition, providing constructive feedback and mentorship. Aubrey was accomplished at modeling the corporate brand and service standards for large organizations.
