His expertise spans strategic portfolio planning, corporate headquarter transactions, lease negotiations, build-to-suit projects, sale-leasebacks, capital markets, portfolio repositioning, expense audits, financial analysis, value engineering and capital procurement. Known for his strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail, Kevin consistently delivers transformative outcomes for clients across a wide range of industries.
In 2014, Kevin founded Mohr Partners’ Houston corporate office, where he built a high-performing team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in local and national markets. Under his leadership, the Houston office has become a leader in managing complex, high-value transactions, particularly in the energy, engineering, financial and legal services, logistics, life science and national/regional home building firm sectors. His team’s ability to deliver tailored, client-focused solutions has established Mohr Partners as a premier corporate real estate services firm in the Houston market.
Prior to his tenure at Mohr Partners, Kevin served as President & CEO of Palermo Barr Corporate Realty Advisors and Managing Principal of Barr McCarthy for over a decade. In these roles, he developed a strong foundation in providing customized, detail-oriented advisory services to clients with complex real estate needs, earning widespread recognition for his innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
As a key member of Mohr Partners’ Executive Management Advisory Board in Houston, Kevin drives strategic initiatives, including account development, broker recruitment and office expansion. His deep expertise has enabled him to implement innovative strategies that optimize corporate growth and significantly reduce occupancy costs for his clients.
Kevin lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife Amy of 26 years and their three grown children. When not working, he is at the ranch hunting or the gym training mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
