Dallas, TX, July 2, 2025 – Mohr Partners, Inc., a top-three global occupier-focused corporate real estate advisory firm, continues to expand its Dallas brokerage team as it welcomes back Garet Tomlinson, a seasoned tenant representation and corporate services broker.
Tomlinson returns to Mohr Partners after previously leading business development for Stephen Hemphill, a top-producing Managing Principal & Shareholder, and his brokerage team from 2019 to 2024.
“I’m excited to rejoin Mohr Partners and work side by side with my former and new teammates,” Tomlinson said. “It will be great helping to contribute to the team’s continued success winning national portfolio accounts across industrial, manufacturing, healthcare and professional services business sectors.”
Over his career, Tomlinson has held various business development roles. He was Vice President of Global Sourcing & Principal and PGB Group, a construction company, and Director of Business Development for Excel Machine Racing.
“We are thrilled to have Garet return to our team,” Hemphill said. “He will be a key player in driving business development and will serve as an account leader for some of our key client accounts.”
Tomlinson’s return is part of Mohr Partners’ larger “Project Gridiron” plan, an initiative to expand the firm’s presence in major metropolitan areas throughout the country, including its headquarters city of Dallas.
So far this year, the company has established or significantly expanded its operations in Detroit, Seattle, Phoenix, Cleveland, Minneapolis and Dallas.
