Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, announces the opening of its Nashville, Tennessee office. Duane Ford, Managing Director, and Philip Seagrave
s, Managing Partner have teamed up to expand Mohr’s presence in the Nashville, TN market. Mr. Ford and Mr. Seagraves bring more than 30 years of combined experience in commercial real estate.
Duane Ford has a proven record of providing exemplary service to Mohr clients and establishing new client relationships in the Nashville area, as well as nationally. His goal is to strengthen existing client relationships and expand services to corporate clients suitable for Mohr’s unique tenant-centric model. “We already have numerous clients with branch and regional offices in the area who we can better serve with a local presence. Now, we are in a position to serve those companies based in the area with locations worldwide,” said Ford. He will be recruiting seasoned brokers to help grow Mohr’s presence in the region.
A long-time adviser, research fellow, and Managing Partner with Mohr, Dr. Philip Seagraves, will help guide on going efforts to support the new office’s growth. This includes interfacing with the academic and business communities and charting a strategic plan. Seagraves says, “As the Real Estate Program Coordinator and full-time professor at the largest undergraduate university in Tennessee, Middle Tennessee State University, I am in a unique position to help guide the expansion of Mohr into the region. The Nashville market is hot and is a great place for Mohr’s value proposition.” Seagraves is Treasurer of Nashville’s Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Executive Committee Member of Nashville’s Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
